Kaden has been with OGEN since October 2020 and has become an essential team member in the Irrigation and Environmental department. Kaden is dedicated and reliable, taking on any issue in production head on while remaining calm and collected. He is always ready to lend a hand where needed, going out of his way to make others' workload a little easier. Kaden continuously ensures irrigation and environmental controls are being monitored, even after regular hours, to achieve the best outcome for our crops. Kaden has brought some amazing ideas to the table in2022 and I cannot wait to see what he has in store for 2023. Kaden's work ethic and involvement are admirable, and we are fortunate to have someone as dedicated as him onboard.

HOW WAS YOUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CANNABIS?

Culture shocked, very professional and business driven in the legal market, was a pleasant surprise. An industry that is lead in a heavily regulated way can be tough to adapt to, but ensures clean, safe, consumable products.

HOW DO YOU LIKE TO SPEND YOUR DAYS OFF?

Sending raids with the boys on Old school RuneScape (Maxed combat stats btw, 99 Slayer as well)

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY AT OGEN LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?

Monitoring environmental & moisture trends. Changing BAS setpoints and irrigation schedules to keep the plants happy and thriving in an ideal growing environment. Diagnosing and correcting any issues that come up with the ARGUS irrigation system.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE STRAIN TO WORK WITH AT OGEN?

The Lemon Zittles for sure, very small high yielding production strain, a very resilient strain with great terps, bud appeal and flavour.

IF YOU COULD CHOOSE ANY SUPERPOWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE AND WHY?

Hands that could print out American $1 bills.
