Behind The Buds: Episode 4

Behind The Buds has returned for another feature! This month we wanted to highlight our friend Carlo.

Carlo is one of the driving forces behind our sanitation team. Carlo is still rather new to the cannabis industry but his passion and hard work towards the company has not gone unnoticed! We asked Carlo a few questions about himself and how his time at OGEN has been.

How long have you been with OGEN?

I’ve been with OGEN for about 7 and a half months.

What was your first experience working in cannabis like?

Working at OGEN was my first time seeing cannabis in person. It was a pretty amazing experience that made me very happy.

How do you like to spend your days off?

My favourite thing to do is to play basketball with my family, besides the much-needed rest of course!
‍

What does a typical day at OGEN look like for you?

No matter what day of the week, every day is very busy! The day always goes by fast in sanitation. We also assist the harvest team when they need a hand. I’m happy that I’m able to learn something new every single day.

What is your favourite strain at OGEN?

I don’t smoke cannabis, but when I’m harvesting, I enjoy Gas Berries for the smells and how easy it is to cut.
