Krista joined our team in June 2021. With her commitment, guidance, and patience she streamlined our payroll processes in 2022. She always has a smile and shows up every day with a great attitude and willingness to put forth the extra effort to get her job done, or help someone with a problem. She is an asset to OGEN and I look forward to her continuing to grow with us.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN WITH OGEN?

Since mid- 2021

HOW WAS YOUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CANNABIS?

Early on in my time with OGEN, we received our highest THC level result to date. I remember how excited everyone was and all the conversations around it. It felt as if we had won an award. We even had a company-wide draw for a prize to celebrate! Being so new to the cannabis industry at the time, I think this was a great introduction to it while also being able to see where OGEN fits in.

HOW DO YOU LIKE TO SPEND YOUR DAYS OFF?

Reading. I read a lot of fantasy!

IF YOU COULD CHOOSE ANY SUPERPOWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE AND WHY?

I think I would pick teleportation as my superpower. Being able to go anywhere right away would not only let me travel to places I’ve always dreamed of but would allow me to visit my family far more often! Plus, flight delays and cancellations would be a thing of the past!
